Gas on tap pressures

  • Keg beers are delivered from brewery with the correct carbonation (keg lagers, Guinness and Kilkenny) and nitrogenation (Guinness and Kilkenny) levels
  • The correct levels of carbonation and nitrogenation are maintained by the application of a gas top pressure whilst the keg is on ‘dispense’
  • The gas top pressure should be pre-set by a technician and no further adjustments should be required.
