  1. To disconnect coupler from the keg, pull and lift coupler lever handle. Twist coupler to the left to remove from keg.
  2. If the previous keg has been emptied, the beer line may be filled with an air lock. This will cause the beer from the next keg to spurt when pouring (Only if no Cellarbuoy is used)
  3. Before coupling the new keg, check the ‘best before’ date . If it has not expired, break the seal on the neck of the keg
  4. Connect the keg to the coupler by following the some Steps when Disconnecting. Press the lever down to open the beer and the suremix gas lines.
  5. Connect the keg to the coupler by following the some Steps when Disconnecting. Press the lever down to open the beer and the suremix gas lines
  6. Turn the suremix gas on.
  7. Open the dispensing tap and draw the beer until the new beer emerges.
  8. A good glass of Draught beer is now ready to be served
