The Bar

  1. Soak tap in cold water over night.
  2. Replace spout, checking holes in restrictor plates are clear.
  3. Wash counter mounts and taps with soap and water.
  4. Check counter mount illumination.
  5. Clean glass washer jets, filters and was harms.
  6. Water should be changed frequently during trading sessions.
  7. Check temperature of all beers in glass.
  8. Check head size of relevant products.
  9. Re-stock bottle shelves and coolers , with new stock to clear

The Cellar

  1. Check cold room temperature at correct settings (10°C)
  2. Check stock level of all products and as supply.
  3. Sort keg products by racking mark or “Best By” date.
  4. Clean store and cold room.
  5. Sort empty and full gas bottles. Secure in upright position.
  6. Check for gas leaks when new bottles is fitted.

Weekly

The Bar

  1. Check water in under-counter cooler.
  2. Carry out weekly glass washer service and cleaning.

The Cellar

  1. Brush external surface of keg couplers and clean with detergent solution. Check seals, if worn, replace now.
  2. Report any equipment problems to service Technician.
  3. Check water level in remote cooler.
  4. Check beerlines are free from organic deposits using light source placed behind line.
